For the day of the spring of FAI (Italian Environment Fund) in March were opened to the public several facilities in Milan and beyond. I went to visit the House of the Mutilated Via Carlo Freguglia 14 ( reached by trolleybus . 94) .
This building currently consists of offices, was originally built at the behest of Lorenzo Secchi. The tour inside this building has been driven by people who volunteer explained the history of this precious cultural asset. What most impressed me was after the introduction of the Red Cross , the mortality of war wounded has decreased by 40 % this means that these women as well as giving aid and nursing care could also give strength and hope to upset men from a world of guns , death and violence ..Next March, during the spread of the event do you recommend to all Italians in the first place , and tourists who are in Milan to visit this historical heritage , because here you can not breathe the that all or most of the past we have studied only on the books.

Bowl of fruits
Here is a good alternative to the usual (italian, but not oly) breakfast.
In this bowl I put: yogurt, a peach, a bit of strawberries, some grapes, a little over half a banana and granola with dark chocolate flakes, among other things I'm going to try to make a home in an attempt to muesli as soon as I will shortly photos and description here!
A breakfast quite like this you can find it below: Breakfast fruit

Sea of water
Lerici is a small ligurian village in La Spezia province, not far from Tuscany. The beaches are long and narrow, most of sand, stones and not like most of the beaches in Liguria. The village is characterized by numerous craft shops, not far away there is the port, in front of which stands the famous "Gulf of Poets." These photos date back to several years ago, four maybe. I honestly would stay in this fantastic place and I would recommend anyone to go there. Is accessible by train, the stop is Sarzana. The climate is preferable from May until October.
