These photos date back to December of last year, I remember that during this month in Valencia there were as many as 19 degrees!
Valencia has a particular style, seems to forget his own past at the same time orienting to the future as demonstrated by some super modern areas of the city.
The native people, as I think the majority of Spaniards are happy, smiling and super friendly towards tourists.
I personally have experienced this Spanish city in a very calm and relaxed, perhaps even for the low season, but the advice for those seeking a holiday of relaxation and peace.
During my stay I visited "The City of art and science", an area a little off center to the historic center but still within walking distance (in half an hour), by bike or by public services, even though when are in a place that do not know, I always prefer to use as the only means of locomotion my feet, in order to better capture the majority of details that I can.
This "city" consists of four large buildings, super modern design completely original:
-Hemisfèric, (in the first pic at the beginning of the post) seems to have the form of a large eye that floats on water,
-Museo de las Ciencias, in which there are numerous exhibitions, events, exhibitions of scientific
-Oceanogràfic, boasts the presence of many species of water mammals and fish, seems to be considered one of the largest aquariums in the world, and perhaps the largest in Europe
-Palacio de las artes, dedicated in several art exhibitions.
As for the accommodation, there are all kinds, from hostels, hotels in 2/3 star up, I have stayed in a 3 star hotel with breakfast included and the price was pretty cheap, between the ' this other hotel was located in a inner center, so the location was great, just look good depending on your needs before you leave. Ah! Another very important thing! A lot of beautiful super stores such as Zara, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, being Spanish chains, in Valencia as in other Spanish cities cost much less than other countries, so you can pick up great deals!
Queste foto risalgono a Dicembre dell'anno scorso, mi ricordo che in questo mese a Valencia c'erano ben 19 gradi!
Valencia ha uno stile particolare, sembra non dimenticare il proprio passato orientandosi nello stesso tempo al futuro come dimostrano alcune zone super moderne della città.
Le persone autoctone, come secondo me la maggior parte degli spagnoli, sono allegri, sorridenti e super accoglienti verso i turisti.
Io personalmente ho vissuto questa città spagnola in modo molto tranquillo e rilassato, forse anche per il periodo di bassa stagione, ma la consiglio a chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della pace.
Durante il mio soggiorno ho visitato "La città dell'arte e della scienza", zona un pò decentrata rispetto al centro storico ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi (in una mezz'oretta), in bici o con i servizi pubblici, anche se, quando sono in un posto che non conosco, preferisco sempre usare come unico mezzo di locomozione i miei piedi, per poter cogliere meglio la maggior parte di particolari che riesco.
Questa "città" è composta da quattro grandi edifici super moderni dal design del tutto originale:
-Hemisfèric, (nella primissima foto all'inizio del post) sembra avere la forma di un grande occhio che galleggia sull'acqua,
-Museo de las ciencias, all'interno del quale si svolgono numerose esposizioni, eventi, mostre di carattere scientifico
-Oceanogràfic, vanta la presenza di molte specie di mammiferi d'acqua e pesci, sembra essere considerato uno dei più grandi acquari del mondo, e forse quello più grande d'Europa
-Palacio de las artes, dedicato a numerose manifestazioni artistiche.
Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio ce ne sono di tutti i tipi, dagli ostelli, agli alberghi a 2/3 stelle in su, io ho alloggiato in un albergo a 3 stelle con prima colazione compresa e il prezzo era piuttosto economico, tra l'altro questo albergo era situato in una via interna del centro, quindi la posizione era ottima, basta cercare bene a seconda delle proprie esigenze prima di partire.
Ah! Altra cosa importantissima!!! Un sacco di negozi super belli come Zara, Stradivarius, Pull &Bear,essendo catene spagnole, a Valencia come nelle altre città spagnole costano molto meno rispetto ad altri paesi, quindi si possono fare degli ottimi affari!
